Everything is going GREAT, I am feeling better and definitely not as tired. I guess the saying you are what you eat is true. I am definitely trying all different types of recipes. I have currently loss 8 pounds. I am super excited. I also have been wearing my waist shaper.

This Mexican Casserole is great and it is only 6.5 points.
