Why “Women By Choice”? Because being a woman is more than just about age, it’s about mental maturity, a positive attitude, confidence, and empowerment!
After years of searching for her life’s purpose, Andromeda Raheem, Founder of Women By Choice, LLC and The WBC Network, Speaker, Empowerment Coach, and Author of Woman By Choice: A Woman’s 18-Step Guide to Empowerment, Confidence, Happiness, and Success, found that she had a deep desire to help people, specifically women. She has a background in business and earned her Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Flagler College, but after graduating and working for the State of Florida for 3 years, it wasn’t long before she realized that accounting was not her passion and, with the support of her husband, decided to quit her full-time job to pursue her purpose. As she has a natural gift for writing, Andromeda decided to write a book and had the idea to get her creative juices flowing by starting a blog, which she entitled, “Women By Choice”. This blog highlighted her personal experiences as a female on a journey to becoming a woman. She shared stories about her mistakes and what she learned from them and how her life changed for the better once she made the choice to change her mind and stop self-harming behaviors. Andromeda’s willingness to be transparent about her own past life experiences and struggles as a woman inspired positive feedback from women who could relate to her and the stories that she shared. The enormous amount of positive feedback inspired Andromeda to expand Women By Choice beyond a blog to an organization for women to connect, network, uplift each other, teach one another, and grow together. In June 2014, Women By Choice, LLC became an official business and organization in Tallahassee, FL. After receiving a large number of inquiries from women requesting that chapters be started in their cities, the WBC Network, a nationwide network for women that promotes empowerment, success, and women supporting women was created.
We have built and are continuing to grow a network of women who not only empower, encourage, and uplift each other mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, but also support one another financially. We encourage our members to shop with the member-owned businesses and the members who own businesses provide special discounts on their products and services exclusively for WBC Network members. “When Women Support Women, We ALL Win!”
Our vision is for all women to share their collective ideas, resources, connections, and talents to assist one another with reaching our individual goals. The WBC Network consists of women from numerous cities across the United States who are business owners, entrepreneurs, professional women, students, and mothers. Members receive several perks such as business advertising to our audience of over 56K on Instagram (if applicable), free or discounted online courses, discounts on online shopping and local shopping provided by the members that own businesses as well as discounts on events, travel, and empowerment coaching provided by Women By Choice, LLC. The WBC Network also provides a wealth of opportunities for women to network and form genuine bonds with other women.
FREE SERVICES
Another aspect of the WBC Network is our weekly Call & Chat’s. We host a weekly call entitled the Call & Chat every Wednesday with special guests to allow both members and non-members the opportunity to learn from, be inspired by, and connect with successful women from around the United States at no charge.
The Women By Choice Blog is updated weekly with new posts on relationships, fitness, entrepreneurship, fashion/beauty, and creative expression. The blog was created as an opportunity to connect with and support women writers and bloggers and provide additional free and positive information to women.
In December 2015, Women By Choice, LLC also launched The WBC Book Club to show support for women writers while simultaneously encouraging reading and positive communications between women. There is no cost to join.
Women By Choice, LLC embodies everything women empowerment, positivity, healthy and prosperous living, and the promotion of women supporting women.
