Fierce and Fabulous Squat Challenge Days 6-10

 
Well Ladies how are you feeling,
You are committing and staying focused.
Remember taking small steps, that is one of the reasons I am posting the challenge gradually.
For some people seeing all 30 days at once
can be slightly over whelming.
 
 
This video should help you on how NOT to do a squat.
 
 
Day 6: 50 Squats (10 sec Hold)
Day 7: 65 Squats (15 sec Hold)
Day 8: 75 Squats (10 sec Hold)
Day 9: 50 (25 sec Hold)
Day 10: REST
