Okay as promised on January 1st
we would all start the
Fierce & Fabulous Squat Challenge.
Today ladies commit to 30 Squats.
Make sure you are doing them properly.
Do 2 sets of 15 if you need to break it down.
It is also good to be wearing your waist shaper 5-8 hours a day while also eating healthy.
