Take a look back at all your accomplishments in 2015 and just think how much better 2016 will be.
I removed toxic energy from my circle and feel so much better. I am so focused on my career and legacy that I will leave behind for my grandkids children's children....
I will also look at doing more family events and really spending more time with family.
My mom and I have caught on to all the hype about Oprah being the new spokes person for Weight Watchers, well we are attending our first meeting Jan. 2nd in Jacksonville.
The commercials came on the just in time while everyone is setting New Years resolutions, very SMART Weight Watchers.
While eating healthy with Weight Watchers, I will also be doing the Fierce & Fabulous Squat Challenge.
I will also commit to Zumba and walking more the first 3 months. I will be traveling a lot more come the first of the year, so I will definitely have to plan meals.
I am going to commit to natural healthy hair in 2016!
NO GLUE, ONLY HEALTHY PROTECTIVE STYLES.
I admit this is going to be a challenge and I am ready.
2016 I will be committing to becoming a better me.
I will make more time for family and friends.
I will pick healthy food choices.
I already feel like 2016 is going to be an amazing year, and I am definitely excited about all the protective styles I will rock in 2016.
I have finished my Faux Locs Custom Lace Front Wig (pictures on IG:@Nicole_watchmewerk) and definitely in love with it. I have been rocking it at my holiday events all weekend.
Next I will make a Mambo Twist Custom wig using Janet Collection purchased from Beauty Depot.
If you are going natural, please make sure you seek a professional for healthy hair care, the same amount of money you spend weekly on new hair products you can spend getting pampered.
Ladies Who Brunch ATL is an amazing organization bringing professional women together. This is a major girl power move. I am in love and can not wait until February 2016 to attend the Ladies of Business Conference.
Since the beginning of her career, Meechie has been known for her trademark creativity. Her mastery of everything from hair cuts to extensions is a result of pure dedication to her craft. These qualities, along with an array of styles and an unmatched hustle, have gained her the recognition of being one of today’s top stylists.
After becoming a licensed stylist in 1995, Meechie had bigger plans. She was able to make the transition to salon owner in two short years, with the opening of Headlines by De’Franco, located in Cleveland, Ohio.Barbers by De’Franco, a companion barbershop also located in Cleveland, soon followed. With a legion of faithful clients, two thriving businesses, the production of many successful hair shows, and the publishing of her own hair magazines, she decided it was time to reach the next level.
An appearance on the Style Network reality show “Split Ends” pushed Meechie to new heights. Viewers remained glued to their televisions as she and her Headlines staff entertained the world by crafting amazing styles. In hopes of gaining more national exposure, she launched her solo umbrella, Mad About Meechie. In 2012, she published a magazine of the same name, featuring edgier hairstyles that exhibited an exciting departure from the looks she created for her day-to-day clientele. She also harnessed the power of the internet, creating a YouTube channel showcasing her work, along with tutorials for other stylists. Today, the channel is home to over 100,000 subscribers. POSH Collection, her flagship line of cosmetics, features a full run of makeup, hair care products and hair extensions in the quality only she can provide. With the success of her businesses, combined with active participation in the hair industry, Meechie has evolved from just another stylist to a noteworthy brand.
Further building on her momentum, Meechie decided to pursue her dream of becoming a celebrity stylist. During the 2011 Billboard Awards, she handled the prep work for the dancers of one Nicki Minaj, so she was no stranger to the big stage. Her impressive list of clients have included names such as R&B songstress Estelle, VH1 reality series mainstays Evelyn Lozada and Emily B. (ofBasketball Wives and Love and Hip-Hop, respectively.) and actress KeKe Palmer. Meechie’s latest adventures sent her to Los Angeles for some of the biggest nights in Hollywood. For the 2015 Oscars, Meechie had the pleasure of styling Isaan Elba, daughter of actor Idris Elba. And during pop superstar Rihanna’s innaugural Diamond Ball, she was front and center making sure the 40-piece orchestra was ready to shine.
While the accolades have been plentiful, Meechie is no stranger to helping others. Her latest brainchild is the Me, Myself & I Self-Empowerment Foundation, established to help teens transition into young adulthood by providing an interactive platform to discuss and confront everyday issues. As a mother and someone who is considered a positive figure in her community, creating such a platform only made sense.
Meechie absolutely loves her career. And although her work behind the chair is beyond gratifying, she is always focused on expansion. She remains fascinated with the idea of traveling the world, catering to high profile clientele, or perhaps her own reality series. With a hectic work schedule, as well as a crazy personal life, Meechie’s story would certainly be a perfect fit for entertainment television. But until that day comes, she relishes her current success and would love the chance to be YOUR stylist.

Okay this season has already started off real dumb. I mean can we please cancel the Peter Gunz love triangle because it is embarrassing. It has been going on for 4 years and they still have not grown. Lets be clear, when you are on these shows, this is your time to use it as a platform and brand yourself.
4 years of collecting checks and you are sleeping on an air mattress, I don't care if you did just move, stay in a hotel until your furniture is delivered.
Tara and Amina both need help, but I can not wait to see her slap him, I mean I do not agree with violence, but I felt that slap....CHILD BOO...
Can I say I absolutely LOVE Yandy, I feel bad for her though because she has been wanting to buy a house for the longest, but also they have been dealing with this case forever, girl it's okay though. Get you a Marlo Hampton looking Townhouse for you and your babies, ride these 8 years, and stay strong.
Remy Ma, her and husband have won my heart, I was following both on Instagram but to actually see the love play out is so sweet.
Rah, let's just say she looks good. SNATCHED, ON FLEEK, YESS HUNNI, but them ratchets she working with....not so much, but it has only been one episode.
