SheaMoisture is another natural hair brand that is a veteran in its role as national brand.  Many transitioners and new naturals turn to SheaMoisture due to its accessibility at an affordable price.  SheaMoisture can be found at stores like Walmart, Target, CVS, and RiteAid. I was surprised to find out that they are also sold at grocery stores like Shoprite and Giant.  Because of its great track record in natural products, it has expanded to hair dyes, makeup, and body products.  Crowd favorites include: Coconut & Hibiscus Curl Enhancing Smoothie and Raw Shea Butter Moisture Retention Shampoo.

Curls

Curls carries a set of natural hair products for the entire family.  Founded in 2002 by Mahisha Dellinger, Curls is a natural hair brand that is the byproduct of her extensive chemistry background.  Curls can be found at Target, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Duane Reade, and Nordstrom Rack.  Try the Curl Control Paste, and Creme Brûlée for styling with amazing results.

Alikay Naturals

Created by YouTube Guru, Rochelle Graham and her husband, Alikay Naturals includes natural ingredients inspired by her grandmother.  Just last year, Alikay Naturals showed up on Target shelves and in 2015 you will be able to purchase her products at Sally’s Beauty Supply.  Interested in trying Alikay Naturals? Oyin Handmade

This Baltimore-based company was founded by Jamyla Bennu. Founded by Chris-Tia Donaldson, Thank God I’m Natural, is a natural, organic brand that can now be found at Target Stores (as of March 1, 2015)!
